Compliance Latency Framework (CLF)

The Compliance Latency Framework (CLF) is the foundational architecture for continuous, portable, and verifiable compliance. It defines how compliance transitions from static obligations into a real-time, interoperable system across institutions and jurisdictions.

Purpose

The CLF establishes the structural and operational model upon which modern compliance systems are built, enabling cross-platform recognition and eliminating repetitive verification processes.

Core Components

  • Compliance Identity Standard (CIS)
  • CLF Registry (Verification Layer)
  • Adoption & Accreditation Protocol (CAP)
  • Compliance Operating Systems (e.g. ACOS–RAAS)

Positioning

The CLF is not a product and is not owned by any single platform. It is an open, governed standard that defines how compliant systems operate and interconnect.
